Experience the best of Panama in 4 days. From island hopping in San Blas to the world-famous Canal, jungle waterfalls, and the vibrant streets of Casco Viejo — Panama truly has a little bit of everything. Here’s how we spent 4 days exploring 🇵🇦:
Day 1: San Blas Islands
We did a day tour with @seasanblas tour company. It was a long day but these islands are worth it 🤩 there is also an option to stay the night on one of the islands.

Day 2: Panama Canal & Casco Viejo
Do NOT miss out on seeing the Panama Canal, everyone tells you it’s best to go early am but we went later pm and still got to see a ship 🚢 cross! You’ll learn so much! We were only there a little over an hour too although you could stay much longer.
Explore Casco Viejo - it is pretty small but very beautiful and lots of shops and cafes.

Day 3: Waterfall Hike in the Jungle
We did a day trip with @travellingsoulspanama and it was the perfect day. Hike was challenging but not too challenging and these waterfalls were 🤩
Day 4: Hotel Rooftop Pool + Lunch
We recommend staying at Central Hotel Panama Casco Viejo in Panama City. @centralhotelpanama Their rooftop pool is awesome with views of the new and old part of the city. Lunch at @snackshackpanama 😋
Bonus: we didn’t get to make it to Bocas Del Toro but if you have more time definitely do that!! It looks awesome 😎
